BEGINNERS RUNNING PROGRAM
Tuesday 2 July to 6th June 2019
Designed with beginners in mind, starting slowly and building to 6-8 km over 6 weeks, you’ll be supported every step of the way by running coach Esther Quinn and Auckland Joggers club members. This is a great way to keep fit safely through winter and be ready for spring, all levels of fitness welcome.
Sessions every Tuesday and Thursday @ 5.45 pm for 6 weeks starting Tues 2 July 2019, last session Thursday 8 August Just $60 for the 6 week program. To book your place click on Apply to join button and follow instructions from there.
