BUILD UP PROGRAM

Designed with beginners in mind, starting slowly and building to 11km over 8 weeks, you’ll be supported every step of the way by running coach Esther Quinn and Auckland Joggers club members. This is a great way to keep fit safely through winter and be ready for tackling the bridge traverse as part of the Auckland Marathon event, all levels of fitness welcome.

 

Sessions every Tuesday and Thursday @ 5.45 pm for 8 weeks starting Tues 27 August 2019, last session Thursday 17 October, just $65.00 for the 8 week program, our best deal ever!!!. To book your place click on Apply to join button and follow instructions from there.

Next block of 10 sessions starts Monday 1 July, sessions every Monday at club rooms for 1 hour from 5.45pm.Great price at $110 pre paid by 8 July for block of 10, last session Monday 2 September or $15.00 casual rate, payment by direct credit please to Auckland Joggers account with your name and pilates as reference. Account 12-3030-0674421-00 All club members welcome, suitable for all levels of experience just bring your own mat.
