SPRING BEGINNERS RUNNING PROGRAM
9TH OCTOBER TO 27TH NOVEMBER 2018.
Designed with beginners in mind, starting slowly and building to 6-8 km over 8 weeks, you’ll be supported every step of the way by running coach Esther Quinn and Auckland Joggers club members. All levels of fitness welcome.
Every Tuesday and Thursday @ 5.45 pm for 8 weeks starting Tues 9th October
$60 for 8 week program
