Want to meet your fitness goals this year? Need encouragement to get running? why not join our next beginners 6 week running programme, starting Tuesday 24th January and then every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.00pm. Cost $60.00, includes T-shirt/Singlet. Register and pay on the day- Hope to see you there!!
In the Park near sunken toilets after club run/walk
Start of next programme Monday 13th February at 5.45, then every Monday till 10th April. Places limited to 20 per session, cost $10 per session. Bring your own mat, towel and drink bottle (it gets hot), 2nd set start Monday 1st May.
Sign-up sheet at the club, book yourself into one or all. If you book to attend and cancel without giving notice of at least 3 days then you will be liable for the cost of the session. Please make sure you only book sessions that you can attend so everyone gets a fair turn.
If you are helping at Round the Bays so cannot participate on the day why not run the course with other club members- Meet at the RTB start and run to St Heliers
Round the Bays event, joggers club volunteering for this, please make sure that you put your name down on the list at the club to assist with marshalling. Be there to experience the great atmosphere, encourage others to enjoy the event and share a fabulous lunch afterwards.
